Timeline for Application Process

 

Based on fiscal year July 1 to June 30
April Membership Committee reviews/updates letter of solicitation and Michigan ACE Network Membership Benefits profile.
May Michigan ACE Network State Coordinator sends letter to institutions, inviting them to join or renew for the next fiscal year - ask for dues payment to Treasurer by July 31.
July 1 Treasurer reports number of institutional members and those outstanding to State Coordinator and Membership Committee; Treasurer sends welcome letter acknowledging payments.
July 15 - August 15 Membership Committee follows up with those institutions outstanding by e-mail, letter, or phone; contacts the State Coordinator's office to request second letter and invoice be sent if needed.
August 30 Treasurer's office reports number of institutional members and those still outstanding to State Coordinator and Membership Committee; Treasurer sends welcome letter acknowleding payment.
September Membership Comittee follows up with those institutions still outstanding but who have indicated interest or plans to join; contacts State Coordinator's office to request a third letter and invoice be sent if needed.

September 30 Treasurer's office reports number of members to State Coordinator and Membership Committee; Treasurer sends welcome letter acknowleging payment.
October Website is updated with institutional members and names of representatives for each.
